HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
Internet: All orders placed through our website will receive an order confirmation upon submission. If you placed an order and did not receive an e-mail confirmation, Customer Service is here to answer any questions you may have. Call 1-800-870-6189 9am-5pm ET time.
Fax: You can fax an order to us at 1-269-273-3244. Orders submitted by fax must be paid for by a credit card or a preapproved net 30 account. We will fax an order confirmation when the order is received.

CANCELLING AN ORDER ALREADY PLACED
If you wish to cancel an order already placed, please do so as soon as possible. Most orders are shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours.
If you are cancelling an order due to a pricing issue, we will match or beat any published price from any online merchant. Please call customer service at 1-800-870-6189 for assistance.
Return Policy Returning An Item: For all the items you do not like, were not what you expected, or that did not fit: Item(s) and packaging must be returned in like new condition.
- Step 1: Call our toll free number within 30 days of your order to receive an RMA Number*.
- Step 2: Package item with all packaging material and copy of your packing slip with your RMA Number.
- Step 3: Ship package through carrier of your choice (we recommend you obtain a tracking number) to:

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items unless damaged or shipped incorrectly. A restocking fee of 10% or up to $150 will also be duducted from the refund amount if no reorder is placed at the time of return.
