Shipping Policy
Our "You Pay What We Pay" Shipping Policy is simple.... at the checkout you will be presented with EXACT UPS rates to have your order shipped right to your door. No markups, no handling fees, just straight published UPS Rates. We ship anywhere in world.

- UPS 2nd Day Air (2 Business Days)
- UPS Next Day Air (1 Business Day)
- UPS Worldwide Express (2-5 Business Days)
Note: In-stock orders placed before 2:00PM EST Mon-Fri will be shipped the same day. In-stock orders placed after 2:00PM EST will be processed the following business day. Weekend and holiday orders will be processed on the next available business day. Orders containing out of stock items will be shipped in their entirety when all product is available, unless prior arrangements have been made. Customers will receive automatic e-mail updates regarding order and product status.
SHIPPING ADDRESS CORRECTIONS
Please verify that your shipping address is correct. Incorrect addresses may result in undeliverable packages, or delays. If your address is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid a $10.00 address correction charge. If the shipping address needs to be changed after your package has left our warehouse, a minimum $10.00 reroute or reshipping fee will be assessed. This charge is assessed by UPS and USPS and unfortunately must be passed along to you, our customer. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. If you are charged this fee in error, please contact us immediately so we can dispute the charges with the package carrier.
**MILITARY APO SHIPPING**
The US Postal Service is the only courier we use which will ship to an APO or FPO address. And, although we are happy to ship to our men and women overseas, the US Postal Service will not provide delivery confirmation for such packages. It is at the risk of the customer to have a package sent to an APO address. Once it leaves our warehouse, we have no way of proving delivery, nor tracking the package.
Our experience has shown that it could take 4-12 weeks for a package to reach its APO destination.
Eyeshields.com cannot be responsible if the service member or end user has been relocated and the package becomes undeliverable. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, it will be held until such time that the customer provides us with an updated address. Such packages may be subject to a 2nd shipping charge.
If you are unsure of these terms, may we suggest you have the package sent to a domestic address first for you to have forwarded to the APO location.

Please note that Eyeshields.com is not responsible for any duties, taxes or broker fees that may or may not be charged to your shipment. The fees are the responsibility of the customer.
*SHIPPING COST ADJUSTMENTS
Shipping charges are added during check-out. Bulk orders over 60 pair may need to be adjusted due to weight variables. If your shipping needs adjustment you will be contacted before we make the changes.
